1- What is the Tech Share program?

This program allows community members to donate products they are no longer using to other community members. "CNIB is hosting a marketplace that facilitates connections between users so that they may donate and receive used sight assistive devices in Canada.

 

2- Is CNIB a party to contracts?

CNIB is not a party to contracts for donation between third-party donators and receivers.

 

3- Dose CNIB have control over the products?

CNIB has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings

Before any action, what should donors and receivers, accept and follow? (Terms and Conditions)

Terms and Conditions need to be accepted by both donators and receivers. Both should confirm that I have read and agreed to these terms. As well as both the donator and receiver will get another copy of the terms and conditions.

 

4- How do I inform the product that I want to donate to the CNIB Market?

5- How to have a more reliable process for donating goods?

The CNIB is unaware of the identity of the advertisers. Our suggestion to you is to buy in person only from your area.

 

6- How do I delete my ad?

After publishing the ad, all you have to do is send an email to the address market@cnib.ca

7- Why are the donated ads not removed from the CNIB Market? 

The advertiser is responsible to follow up to delete his ad 

8- How can I get my desired product?

A person who selected a product is responsible to pick up or pay for shipping with the person donating the product.

9- What should be done to edit the published ad?

all you have to do is send an email to the address market@cnib.ca

10- I found my desired product on the CNIB Market site (Tech Share/Tech Connect Site)! How can I support your work?

Your best support is promoting the CNIB Market. So, introduce the wall to your friends!
